SAN ANTONIO – A 37-year-old man was arrested Monday in reference to a pair of alleged intercourse crimes involving a teenage woman at a quick meals restaurant the place they labored, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar stated.
Humberto De La Cruz, a registered intercourse offender, is charged with indecency with a toddler by contact and indecent publicity.
Based on Salazar, the arrest was made after the woman reported the alleged intercourse crimes to a instructor, who approached deputies over the weekend.
Salazar stated the alleged incidents occurred in August and September. The sheriff stated in each incidents, De La Cruz adopted the woman right into a restroom and compelled himself on her.
The sheriff stated De La Cruz was the woman’s supervisor and that she felt intimated by him.
The woman apparently reported the alleged incidents to different supervisors, however they weren’t reported to regulation enforcement and he or she apparently was moved to a different location, Salazar stated.
